Strategic Commitment of Choices for Latvia and Lithuania in the Age of Disruption and Great Power Rivalry

The study on prospects of cooperation between the two countries was initiated by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and Latvia. It builds on the joint report about the development and development prospects of bilateral relations between Lithuania and Latvia that was initiated and prepared by the Governments of Lithuania and Latvia in 2012. The study was prepared by former diplomats and bilateral relations experts Neris Germanas and Gints Jegermanis, who did the bidding of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania and Latvia.
